It’s been a rough week at work. I’m finding that when I have a stressful situation, and I need a think-break, it helps to be doing something with my hands. I’m running into challenges every single day, and I can really rat-hole on them and not think clearly. If I’m doing something with my hands, I feel like it lets the other part of my (tiny) brain focus on the real nut of the problem..instead of spiraling round and round on unrelated issues.
This week I’ve made A LOT of origami cranes.
